Prenatal Support
1-2 prenatal appointment(s) (if time permits) to discuss your wishes for birth & how I can help you feel more at peace.
Labor Support
Physical, emotional & informational guidance, labor support given in-home and/or at your birthing location, hands-on support with massage/counter pressure, etc., assist with coping techniques, help with laboring positions & more! On-call period begins once contract is signed.
Postpartum
1-2 hour stay immediately after delivery to help with breastfeeding & bonding. One in-home visit to celebrate your birth & new baby.
**Availability will vary, must be at least 37wks pregnant. 1/2 of balance due when signing the contract. Travel fee may apply.

Gentle Birth Package
Prenatal Support
2 prenatal appointments to discuss ways to prepare for labor, what to expect in the 3rd trimester, ways to provide comfort, birth plan assistance, planning for the postpartum/recovery period, & a chance to ask questions and discuss concerns.
Labor Support
Physical, emotional & informational guidance, in-home labor support, hands-on support with massage/counter pressure, etc., assist with coping techniques, help with laboring positions & more! On-call period starting at 38wks.
Postpartum
1-2 hour stay immediately after delivery to help with breastfeeding and bonding. One in-home visit to celebrate your birth & new baby, assist with baby wearing, breastfeeding & newborn care. On-call for 3wks after birth for extra support/tips.
